This picturesque fishing village South of the island is an exquisite little charmer.

The hotel has a large roof terrace with a panoramic view of the coastline and an al fresco thermal pool, there’s another indoors. It’s mainly B & B – continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants and Neapolitan specialities, which Pepe is delighted to personally serve his guests. Snacks of Bruschetta and pizza are available if required at lunch or dinner. Having no restaurant as such, friendly Pepe’s discounts spread to all compass points on the island. |

Banana Beach Sant' Angelo

Maronti beach – a water taxi from Sant Angelo. 3km sandy stretch with sunbeds, parasols and nice unpretentious restaurants along the waterfront.
Taxis are expensive – a hefty €10 minimum charge. However bus tickets are re-usable and take care of most trips for travellers staying in Ischia for a week. |
