For A-listers who prefer to dip in and out of the celebrity strewn Cannes film festival in May, this super stylish place in the sun offers a perfect hideaway providing a tranquil retreat far from the maddening crowds.

Set in extensive gardens of over 5000 square metres the villa commands striking sea views and offers fabulous accommodation, air conditioned throughout, including 5 bedrooms, a separate pool house plus a staff apartment.

Ground Floor

• Entrance hall: welcoming space that leads to the open-plan living area
• Living area: high quality sofas and seating which provide amazing panoramic views of the coast
• Kitchen: modern and fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, double oven, microwave and electric hob in the centre of the room
• Dining room: the dining area adjoins the kitchen and has seating for up to ten people, it also opens up on the large terrace with sea views and further seating for up to twelve people
• Bedroom 2: a large bedroom with a double bed and large ultra modern en-suite bathroom with a shower
• Bedroom 3: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also direct access to terrace that leads to gardens
• Bedroom 4: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also direct access to terrace that leads to gardens
• Bedroom 5: a smaller bed (90 centimetres) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is also access to the gardens. A small kitchen area adjoins this bedroom; there is an oven, electric hobs, microwave, large fridge/freezer and sink

First Floor

• Master bedroom: very spacious open room with panoramic views of the French coast. Large double bed (2 metres), large stand-alone bath within the bedroom and privacy screen that separates the double jet shower and toilet. There is a large balcony that surrounds the whole bedroom, with a comfortable seating area

• Lounge with comfy sofas that can be converted to a bed, doors leading to terrace and gardens

Staff Apartment (accommodates up to 3 staff)

• Mini apartment: open-plan lounge and mezzanine bedroom with a 140-centimetre bed. The kitchenette is equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board and iron

Grounds

• The villa lies on a beautiful 5900 square metre plot and has secure private parking space for up to fifteen cars. Large pool area on the grounds with a full table tennis area. The villa is surrounded by exceptional gardens that are well kept and provide privacy to guests.
• Pool area: large (12 metres by 6 metres), heated pool and pool house which is equipped with a kitchen area, BBQ and seating area
• Terraces: there are three terraces in total offering dining space and beautiful sea views
